Hello! I'm not sure if my subject is the best way to describe what I'm looking for with Chatbots.
I'm basically looking for a way to give users a contact email for help if my chatbot can't help them within two attempts. How do I add that capability to all my topics?
Maybe something like, "Did that answer your question?" and a variable that says T = end chat/ask if they need anything else; F = contact email.Would I need to add that to every topic? Or is there a faster way to do it?

What you want is called a system fallback topic. This article will tell you how to create one. The only difference is that I think it only applies after 3 attempts, not 2. Use a system fallback topic - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Learn
