Add "Get Help" Message After Two Failed Attempts

Hello! I'm not sure if my subject is the best way to describe what I'm looking for with Chatbots.

I'm basically looking for a way to give users a contact email for help if my chatbot can't help them within two attempts. How do I add that capability to all my topics?

Maybe something like, "Did that answer your question?" and a variable that says T = end chat/ask if they need anything else; F = contact email.
Would I need to add that to every topic? Or is there a faster way to do it?

    What you want is called a system fallback topic.  This article will tell you how to create one.  The only difference is that I think it only applies after 3 attempts, not 2.  Use a system fallback topic - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Learn
