Today out of the blue some team members started to receive this message when they tried to chat with our bot.

The channel on Microsoft teams that these agents who lost access to, is still active, those agents still have access to the share point access Microsoft teams.

Are the working vs non working users using the same Teams version?

@Mirega how do I get to the power platform admin center? I got to it at some point and now I can't seem to find my way back to this.

@May0205 I am curious if you found a solution for this? I have something similar, and the user can block/unblock the chat in order to briefly send messages, but quickly goes back to "you cannot send messages to this bot".
