Hi,

I am able to populate Form 1 fields on Screen 1 with gallery 1 list item however I wish to populate Form 1 fields with Gallery 2 list items available on screen 2 when user select list item from Gallery 2 and I want to repeat same action for populating Form 1 with Gallery 3 list item available on Screen 3.

We have following:
1 Form on Screen 1

4 Gallery control on 4 respective screens.

All 4 screens Gallery are connected to common data table.

On Screen 1 we have Form 1 and Gallery 1.

On Screen 2 we have Gallery 2 and no Forms

On Screen 3 we have Gallery 3 and no Forms

On Screen 4 we have Gallery 4 and no Forms

I wish to populate Form 1 control on Screen 1 with user selected gallery list item from gallery 1.

When user click on list item from Gallery 2 on Screen 2, then Form 1 should be populated with user selected list item from Gallery 2.

Example Screenshot is shared here:

multiple_Gallery_Data.png

When user select name Alexa or any other name from Screen 1 then Form 1 visible on Screen 1 will fill details of Alexa.

When user select name Sonam or any other name from Screen 2 then Form 1 visible on Screen 1 will fill details of Sonam.

I need help with:
Can we populate one form with gallery items from different screen?
Any suggestions or code snippets will be appreciated.

    Hi @BradAugustene ,

    Please try this:

Set the OnSelect property of gallery1 and gallery2:

    Set(VariableName,ThisItem)

Then set the item property of Form1:

    variableName

    Best regards,

    Rimmon
