How to show region based data only to end users in Model driven app

I have created a custom Marketing Model driven app for Marketing team. This app will be going to use in different Location like India, Japan,singapore.

How do i show related data to end users? Means suppose Japan user opening the app it should show only Investment Plans/Campaigns that are created in Japan region only.
If Indian user opens the app he should see only Indian based records only.

Note : The data is storing for all the regions will be in a same table(Investment Plans,Campaigns).

In that case, you need to control using role-based security.
Create a business unit for each region (India, Japan,Singapore, etc.)
Move the users to respective Business Unit based on the region
Create a new security role (or modify the existing role) and set the Read (Write, etc.) privileges for the (Investment Plans,Campaigns) tables to Business Unit level.
Assign that role to the users and make sure that they only have BU level read access to those tables.

In that way, the data created by the users in Japan will be owned by the user from Japan Business Unit and only the other users from the Japan Business Unit will be able to see.
