Get Data from Azure Synapse and SQL Server

Hi,

 

We have a requirement to pull data from a couple of tables in Azure Synapse and a couple from SQL Server. In doing so, in PowerApps, we are observing a latency of over 2 mins. Is there a way that we can get this done with minimum latency, let's say a few seconds.
