Extracting JSON Details From "Get Response Details"

Hi,

I am working on a flow to add attachments for Sharepoint lists but I am unable to get JSON code. I've checked some videos to get JSON code from "get response details" step after running or testing the flow however "get response details" step is inaccessible for me.

2. step "get response details" is inaccessible

I've tried creating a new team, lists and flows but nothing changed. I will really appreciate it if you can guide me to resolve this issue.

Additional information;

In my triggered or test flow the first two steps are not expandable and do not have the "checkmark" only create item step have that. Any ideas why this happens and how can I fix it?

Hi Mira, please see below;

1st step - When a new response is submitted ( Form ID to related MS Form )
2nd step - Get response details ( Form ID to related MS Forms - Response ID )
3rd step - Create an item in Sharepoint with details.

Can you open the step and show me how it is configured .. The Get Response details in Edit Mode.

Hi Mira,

Thanks a lot for your response. I am unable to expand get reponse details step to copy the body, this is where i am having the issue.

On your copied body you can identify the name of the attachment variable and then use it to upload the file.

On your history run of your flow Expand the Get Response Details step and copy the JSOn Body

Go back and Click Edit Flow-> After the Get Response Details-> Add a Parse JSON Action

Pass the Body from Response Details to the Content Parameter / Then click Generate from Sample and paste the JSON you have copied from the previous step
