Hello! I'd like to hide/show some items in this list. I need to manage Navigation Bar with JS/C# (programmatically). Is it possible?
And the second one.
Please, give me an explanation link about that feature - User can select Area of Items in Navigation Bar, but in Model Driven apps Designer I can add only Subarea and Group.
By default those menu items will show/hide based on your users Security Role privileges e.g. does not have read access to Contacts the contacts item will disappear. You can add your own privilege to each item under the items Advanced settings (on the right hand side when you click the menu item in the app designer.
To add an Area, in the App Designer go to Navigation, click "Navigation bar" then on the right hand side there is a list of check boxes, tick Enable Areas checkbox (after ticking the box you will then get the Area option under the Add button.
