Error copy/paste into column

Hi,
 
How can I copy/paste the data I have in an Excel column to a column in Dataverse table and resolve the following error: 
 
To paste more data, scroll down the grid so that the rows appear before pasting (maximum 1000 rows)?

    HI,
     
    you can only paste 1000 rows at a time.
    After you paste them and it saves them you MUST physically scroll to the bottom of the list before you can paste anymore as you have to add them to the end of the list, and thats the only way to do it.

    The full error message says as follows:

    Pasting top 2 rows. To paste more data scroll down the grid to bring rows into view before pasting (max 1,000 rows).
     
    Does this mean that if I have 120 rows I have to do the copy/paste action 60 times?

    In my last test, it only let me paste 1 row.

    What does it depend on if it lets me paste more or less rows (in some tests it let me paste 5 rows)?

    If it indicates that the maximum I must paste is 1000 rows, what is the reason I have only been able to paste 1-5 rows?

    Is there an alternative way to paste the content of an Excel column into Tables?
