The Copilot Agent Analytics Data is no getting populated.

I have created a Copilot Agent and deployed it. The analytics were showing proper reports until recently the data is not getting populated. The agent is in use, the sessions are getting created but under the "Boost Conversations" section I have observed that after the date 21/02/2025 the data is missing in the chart. 

Another doubt that I have is how is the "Answered and Unanswered" count is calculated here?

    I have also experienced this and sometimes it takes a while to get the data updated. Most of the times, in my instances the details are getting updated overnight.
     
    But if you cannot see the details after 21-Feb and if you are sure there is no changes made in Agent, then it looks like some issue.
     
    You should reach out to Microsoft support since they can only help.

    I have also been experiencing this as well.
    My sessions are getting created, but the reactions are not.
     
    I know the users are reacting "thumbs up and down" and providing feedback, but none of it is being recorded. My agent is published, I've sat down with users to see them provide input/reactions, and even attempted to do the reactions myself. It's been days, and no results whatsoever in the reaction section.
     
    I hope a fix comes soon, analytics and reactions are extremely important for all of us to improve our AI flow.
