Help Needed: AI Builder Document Processing Stuck in Re-training

Hi, I recently got into AI Builder and started testing a few features.

One of them is Document processing and I quickly tested it by training 5 documents with ~50 tags. The first version of the model took a few minutes to train, great, so I went to adjust a few tags to tweak the contents that I want to extract.

Now the model is being re-trained, but stuck at training. I cannot abort training, edit the model nor delete the model. This is very inconvenient. What can I do about it?

[UPDATE] After ~12 hours it stopped and reported error. Following the link and more digging I found this corresponding documentation page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/power-platform/ai-builder/power-automate/training-failed-and-the-model-cannot-be-used-error-in-form-processing

It is under "Use in Power Automate" section which seems to be the wrong place to put it.

My questions that still remain: 1. model training does not consume AI Builder credits? 2. how many credits per page will be consumed if I apply this model in Power Automate?

    Hi @annywithy

    Thanks for your feedback.

You're right, training does not consume AI Builder credits.

To calculate the number of credits that your scenario will consume, you can use the AI Builder calculator here: AI Builder Calculator | Microsoft Power Apps

    Hope that helps,

    Samia

Thank you @samiak for confirming that model training does not cost credits. How about the 'quick test' feature?

Based on the calculator I can tell that document processing costs 100 credits per page processed.

Quick tests are free since few days.
