Hi,
two questions.
1. How can I change the background image? (please see the blusih-green area where I put a red circle)
2. Is it possible to enlarge the width of the chat box? (It is narrow and long, but I want to make it wide & long for users)

You'll find a link there on customizing the canvas (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/preview/customize-default-canvas) and I mention in a comment that outside of a custom website or app channel, you're going to be limited by the actual channel on what control you have to change the look and feel.

If you are using the html canvas, you can create your own css overwriting the standard PVA rules.
