Power apps per app plan assigned to wrong environment.

Is it possible to reassign a PowerApps per App license to another environment once it has been assigned?
If the answer is yes, it would be great if somebody can explain the steps, please.

    Solution found by myself: 
    Un-allocate licence in power platform admin center:
    Capacity -> Add-Ons -> manage
    Choose environment -> Change number of allocated licenses to zero -> save

    Choose correct environment -> Change number of allocated licenses -> save
