Power Virtual Agent and Microsoft forms

So I've created a topic and created a number of flows and incorporated Power automate, I've also got Microsoft forms linked so the user can complete the form and submit and it updates in a SharePoint list and also sends an email, however I am trying to get the flow to return to PVA once the form has been submitted but as the form opens in another window I am wondering if this is possible or not?

 

I am new to PVA and Power Automate so any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @KevDaRed ,

     

    PVA bot with a flow you can only integrate within the bot, not calling externally from another platform.

    e.g

    [possible] Bot needs to call an action using a flow.

    [not possible] Microsoft Forms needs to call the chatbot when is completed.

     

    But what do you need?

    If it is to start the conversation with the user, I recommend you to send the link to talk with the chatbot to your user using the Outlook 365 connector (send an email).
