Confidence Score - On a low score send a default message

Hi,

 

I read a couple of posts on the confidence scores, please excuse me if this was already answered and I missed it.

For my ChatBot, if the question has a low confidence score, can the Bot return a default statement of say, "Please call the helpdesk"?
