I am trying to toggle on the "auto-assign per app license" feature in the settings of my app but its saying the app is locked by me. How can i unlock it? Thanks!
maybe you are still editing it? i dont see a lock and unlock function

Can you please share what you are seeing because now multiple people can open the app so if it says it's locked by you then wait for sometime it should allow you to edit because sometimes if you don't close it properly then power apps keeps your last opened session in cache which restricts anyone opening the app in edit mode
if it doesn't do it then please share a screenshot what you are seeing and we can further look into solving your issue
