Hi
I was once told you can preset everybody's format to English (UK) by running a flow to set the value in the user settings table ?
Is that true ?
The instructions in this forum to use Administration -> System Settings-> Format does not appear to work.

Hi @NigelP ,
Changing organization settings will only affect users created after the setting is changed.
Please try to use flow or xrm toolbox to change settings for everyone in your organization. They are actually stored in 'User setting' table.

Thanks for this but we are not allowed to install the XRMToolbox so I will have to try and construct a flow using the iformation you have provided.
