How to change app design size manually

Is it possible to change app design size manually after it was created automatically for mobile?

I am editing the design and can change everything manually except of white background. How to change size of white background?

    Hello @Roman_Park 

     

    When you create your App in Power Apps you can choose to use the mobile or tablet size. That is what controls the size of your screen. You can change it after the fact by going to File > App Settings > Screen Size and Orientation. You can select any control and drag it around the screen.
