Form submission getting stuck

Hello ,

i am trying to submit my form in powerapps mobile but for some users , sometimes the process just gets stuck

here i am just trying to submit the form , Using simple formula SubmitForm(Form1); in both save option and submit option. Still it just gets stuck and then employee has to close the app, again open it up and fill the entire thing again.

any ideas how to fix this ?

(i have noticed mainly this problem occurs for the android users)

Hello,

have you tried to check the datasource in Studio? You can try to readd it and publish the app again.

Actually it works fine for most. But for 3-4 users this is the issue. Button seems to get stuck as shown in the pic and then nothing happens. just loading loading. I tried republishing as well. When they close and open the app again it starts working fine. But sometimes idk why it misbehaves.

Hello,

you can try to clear the PowerApps cache. Another option would be to reinstall the app. And the last option - you can try to use the monitor to attach to the users session and see what happens: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/monitor-canvasapps.
