Preventing Copying Data between between two SharePoint SItes

Hi

I have a use case whereby I want to prevent PowerApps / Flow people from copying data (or files) from the company's SharePoint Sites to their own personal SharePoint site(s).

DLP's only prevent copying between 2 connectors eg SharePoint Site and email.

You cannot Block Microsoft Connectors.

How can I achieve this ?

Thanks

Nigel

    Hi @NigelP ,

Yeah, you are right. The DLP Policy could only be used to prevent data sharing between different connectors. It could not be applied to same connector in PowerApps Environment currently.

If you want to prevent PowerApps / Flow people from copying data (or files) from the company's SharePoint Sites to their own personal SharePoint site(s), I afraid that there is no direct way to achieve your needs in PowerApps or Power Automate currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps or Power Automate, please consider submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:
