BOT published on MS team but now it doesn't respond on conversation

PVA BOT published on MS team and it work properly,  respond on conversation well  but now it doesn't respond on any conversation

Nothing feedback from BOT.   I tried to publish again but same result,  no any respond from BOT.   No any error message found.

What is C/M ? Thank you .
