In the windows desktop app for PowerApps, we will only see apps displayed from one particular environment at the same time.
Does the mobile app works the same? Or will it display all apps that are shared to the user regardless on which environment the app is created on?

In PowerApps mobile, we can turn on Non-Production app to view all the apps from all the environment in that Tenent.
Last Toggle option for Non-Production apps

@rampprakashThanks for your answer. However, what I´m referring to is if I had multiple production environments. Will the user see all the apps that are shared with him/her? Or is it that they have to change the environment?

Yes if it is Production, you can see both the Production apps to verify you can see the environment name at last
