Conversational boosting not working with test user

I have created a bot that uses Conversational boosting to answer questions based on a SharePoint. I have added this bot to MS Teams and it works fine for me.

 

However, I added another user to my workspace, I gave that user read access to the sharepoint, but when that users asks a question about the sharepoint the bot does not answer.

 

Can anyone help?

    I know you said Gen Answers works for you in Teams, but this still sounds SSO/token related. Can you take me through the steps of how you configured SSO for your copilot in Teams?
