I am currently writing my master's thesis and investigating how well low-code platforms are suitable for creating chatbots completely without programming experience. With the help of PVA for Teams, I have set up a chatbot prototype that has to perform a human handover. The problem I have now is that I would like to implement the human handover in such a way that the PVA BOT automatically copies the entire chat history and sends it to our mailbox. However, due to the limitations of PVA Teams, I was unable to implement this and took a diversion via the copy and paste function.
One of my goals for my master's thesis is for my company to purchase the full version of PVA Web so that even more extensive use cases can be implemented. My question now is whether there is a connector within PVA Web that can be used to automatically copy and paste the complete problem or the wohle chat conversation? It is important that the end user does not retype the entire problem or use the Ctrl+C & V function. I would like to do this completely automatically.
