Multiple Choice in virtual table

Hey all, 

can anyone tell me a way or give me an example on how to do a multiple choice field in a virtual sql table?

    I can't see how you could do this in a Form because they Datatype is not multi choice. My suggestion is to create a Custom Page then you can use a Canvas Combo Box.

    Hello, @vobius, Are you captuering the Data in the Power Platform? e.g. using Model-Driven Apps or Canvas Apps to perform GRUD data operations? If that is the case, create the Column in the Dataverse correnspondant table and this column chould be of a Choice Type. Then make sure that you check "Selecting multiple choices is allowed"

    Note: The data in this case will be saved with a ";" separator in SQL.

    @vobius, you might be right. I will test it on my environment and let you know.

    I talked to microsoft support team about the issue. They said that multiple choice cannot be used in sql sourced virtual tables.

     

    "This is actually a limitation on Virtual Tables. This is only expected to work on Sharepoint.
    The Product Group team will update the documentation to have this information reflected."
