SendEmailV2 "from" field, issue with send as behalf on shared mailbox

Instead of the default from address being the user running the form, I would like to use a shared mailbox. My problem is that the whole tenant makes use of this form (around 300 users) and manually giving send as delegate permissions on the shared mailbox is not a good idea. I also need to to make sure new users are added as send as delegates to this shared mailbox so that they can run the form, this will require too much manual intervention.

Is there another way to achieve this without power automate?

    Hi @lukegatt,

When looking into sending email from a shared mailbox before, I came across this:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365/#send-an-email-from-a-shared-mailbox-(v2)

However, as you say, administration is still required to provide all users with access to this shared mailbox.

Yes there is still a lot of manual work, I ended up creating a simple flow on list item create instead of the power app form. You only have to grant permissions on the shared mailbox to the account you created the flow with.
