Hi there,
I am a new player on Power Apps and have a question would like to solve it out. I created a Document Library and Customize Form for uploading the document like the following screenshot:
here is my custom form:
and publish it:
Finally check this to see what happened - Nothing changed.
But if I use Document Set, the customize form will be applied. Does anyone have any idea on it? thanks

Customize SharePoint Document Library Form will shown when Edit all is pressed.
