Windows Client Download Saves Attachments as HTML

Hello,

 

Is there a way to use the Download function in the Windows 10 client? 

I have attachments downloading via browser using Download(ThisItem.AbsoluteUri) with no problem but the Windows client prompts to download .html and the resultant file is unuseable or corrupted.
