Error code 2003 - chatbot sends messages that I did not created

Good morning,
I encountered a trouble right after I have shared the Chatbot with my colleagues in the Team where I created the bot.
The Chatbot has sent 5 messages at once to Everyone from the Team: 4 from different topics - which are not connected (redirected) to appear at once and one - ERROR 2002 message. Later on the bot answers as intended. Could you please clarify, why this happens and how I can avoid such errors in the future? Since I would like to share the bot with much bigger audience so it would be good if it can work smoothly ;).

This error indicates a problem with your dataverse, can you open a support ticket around this to help figure it out?

Hello @peterswimm,
upon checking there are no mistakes in any flow. However the error still occurs after sharing with the team. Could you please help me further?
