Hello all,
We are a contemporary art museum in Boston. I am experimenting with a chatbot to field questions from prospective visitors. I have added our website as its domain: www.icaboston.org as well as some custom topics. The results so far have been tantalizingly good but there is a great inconsistency in the bot's understanding of what is current and what is in the past. For example, I asked the bot what exhibits were on view currently and it responded correctly, however, when I asked it if our collection included any works by Virgil Abloh it replied that we currently had a Virgil Abloh exhibit on view, which was on view years ago. There are many examples like that where it does not take into account dates that are relevant to the answer when other times it does.
Any ideas short of building many topics that would improve its time awareness?
