IFrames in Tabs are reloaded everytime when navigating back to the tab

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add a Tab to a Form
  2. Add an IFrame to the Tab
  3. Save and Publish
  4. Open Form
  5. Navigate to Tab (Iframe is loaded)
  6. Do something in loaded web page
  7. Navigate to another tab
  8. Navigate back to Tab with IFrame
  9. The IFrame page is reloaded and changes lost

Please find attached a sample Solution (both Managed and Unmanged zip available) that demostrate this wrong behavior
