Is there a limit on how long messages can be?

I was wondering if there's size restriction for messages in Copilot Studio or in Direct Line API.

    Yes there are some limits.  I believe it is 8000 chars.
     
    You can refer the below link for more details.

    If you are integrating Copilot Studio via Direct Line API, the Message Payload Size is Max 28 KB per message (including text, images, attachments, and metadata).
