Separate Sections of a Form to insert Headers

Hi, I would like to insert empty segments into my form to insert headers to make the form more comprehensible.

However, when I click on the form, I am unable to move the fields as I'd like, except for to arrange their sequencing using the Properties > Fields.

I explored making multiple forms and having them update the list in SharePoint, but I would like to look for an easier alternative.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

    hi @robthebin ,
    you can help yourself by adding custom card to your form.

    You can add there label and set your header.

    @robthebin ,

    If you want to extend a datacard width to width of the form, you must uncheck 'Snap to columns' property of the form.

    Hi @robthebin

    i guess you are looking for something like below

    developerAJ_0-1684484622292.png

    in order to achieve this you need to create two custom datacards for each header one with button/Label with header name and another empty

    button2 is nothing but button with Text as Header.

    Arrange them as per second snip where you want to keep headers.
