Hi, please be so kind and tell me how can I assign task from a list, to employees form a list within dataverse ?
So I have a list of tasks to be done, fields contain start, stop, task description, normal duration and with the help of a calendar, I need to assign these tasks to dome technicians that I have in another list within this dataverse solution. DO I need to have these technicians connected to these solution as users(within MS365) or can I use there names directly from these list?

Yes, if you want them to use an app you created with Dataverse, they have to be users within M365. You also have to license them appropriately.
Typically assigning a task to an individual is changing the ‘owner’ field to that user.
you’ll also need to assign the appropriate security roles to that user so they can ‘own’ that record, and what abilities they have once they own it.
