    1. Try to clear cache and then log off / log  on ...

    or

    2. Try to select all apps on app filter.

    Hi @anthonyanies ,

    May not be the answer, but delete the app from the device, reboot and reinstall it.

    There is no reason a user properly logged on cannot see their apps on a mobile device if they can access them in a browser - we use a large number of iPads and have never had any issues. I assume you have looked at "All Apps".

    Hi, thanks for the suggestion, but no luck—still no apps to be found at all. I also downloaded the app on another device (iPhone) and got the same result.

    @anthonyanies ,

    I suggest you lodge a Support Ticket with Microsoft - this behavior is not as expected - it is definitely the same account on both devices and the PC? Do you have an Android device to test it on?

    Hi I have tried all suggested but no luck. I tried to open the app in iOS, then play from a web browser, it started to open then this message appeared:

    The application 'c6dea07c-5a5a-4ce0-ace6-d31bbc17bff8' could not be found in the tenant '22d5c2cf-ce3e-443d-9a7f-dfcc0231f73f'.

    please help!

    @anthonyanies ,

    This is definitely a Support ticket issue with Microsoft - have you lodged one yet?

    @anthonyanies Have you configured your mobile device to connect to the correct endpoint?  I see that you are a GCC user (government user)  The mobile app player by default is set to connect to the enterprise endpoint (commercial customers)

    Here are the instructions on setting the endpoint to GCC

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/powerapps-us-government#configure-mobile-clients

    I hope this helps.

    Hi everyone,

    I recently encountered an issue where a Power App disappeared from the iOS Power Apps app. After some troubleshooting, I found a solution that worked for me.
    In the iOS app, when you press your account icon, there is an option to show Non-production apps, which is turned off by default as of now instead of showing by default (for some Microsoft reasoning) in the most recent version of Power Apps for iOS (version 3.25013.12). Enabling this option made the app visible again.

    I hope this helps anyone facing a similar issue!
