This is my scenario:

In my IT request application, there are two approvers: one is the Head of Department (DataCardValue9), and the second is the Admin Department (DataCardValue10).

I need to display only 7 users (O365 Email) in the Head of Department (DataCardValue9) and 2 users (O365 Email) in the Admin Department (DataCardValue10).

But in now it showing all the emails in the domain, therefor anyone can help me fix this, please?

    Hi,

Are the emails definite? If yes you can use this code to filter:
    Filter(Choices(['DataSource'.'Head of Department'),Email in ("email1@outlook.com, email2@outlook.com...., email7@outlook.com"))
Change the emails in "" to the specific email you want to use as filter.

Do the same for the Admin Department field.

Firstly, what is the Items of the two combo boxes and do the targeted users have specific values in their JobTitle and Department in Entra ?

Thank you for your reply; it works, but there's a small issue. I added a few email addresses, but some email IDs appear in the dropdown while others do not. Could you please help me fix this?
