Custom GPT prompt fails to save

Hi,
I've been trying to get a custom GPT prompt to save.  When I create the prompt and save, it seems successful;

However, when I exit the designer I see that it "needs attention";

When I return to the designer I see that the prompt text has been dropped such that I must paste it in again.  Repeated attempts to save result in an error;

Any suggestions would be well appreciated.

    This is a known issue.

    Line break may be deleted after save.
    We are working on a fix which should be live early April.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Hi Cedrick,
    The issue isn't the dropped line breaks.  I've tested and removed them all.  The issue is that the entire prompt is dropped and nothing is saved.
    Hoping you can help.

    no, but i can only be very carefully to modify the prompt text, if i change too much, i will get the error message, and I cannot define the  json format for output.

    I had other prompts saved to output json, but right now seems nothing can be saved. I need this for an automation and it is very urgent. Pfffff

    Crazy thing is that I have saved a few before and they are working fine. it is only saving that is broken. We can not develop new flows without custom prompts. This is way useful and the future. Automation with GPT prompts.

    Yes, it's the same here.I have saved few too. but I tried to edit the previously saved AI model, but failed, resulting in the loss of prompt words. Therefore, do not attempt to edit AI models that have already been working well.

    I have managed to save one with extra attention. I have not renamed it and deleted text from the provided template. Try it this is the saved text.

    Extract only table data and download links from the provided (here goes the input) with precision, paying special attention to preserving currency values. Flatten the hierarchy of entities, listing them at the same level in the output. Normalize entities to their respective data types, such as strings for text, numbers for quantities, and ISO 8601 format for dates. For currency values, include the numerical amount along with the currency symbol or code to maintain the value's context. Adapt to multilingual content, accurately extract quantities with units, and ensure the integrity of cross-referenced data. For each entity, especially currency, ensure that the JSON output accurately reflects the value with its currency symbol or code, and represents other data types appropriately.
