Hi,
I'm looking to clarify whether i have it correct or not with regards to moving away from Dynamics 365 licenses and on to Per App Passes.
I have several Apps in PowerApps that are linked to Dynamics UAT environment however i am slightly confused that maybe i'm missing a step here:
1) I have added App per baseline license to an CRM Environment access AD Group.
2) Given 10 users, who have Dynamics licenses, that AD Group which i understand also gives them the license.
3) Updated their role in UAT to the role specific to the APP and removed their Dynamics 365 license.
All have confirmed that they are able to view the app but they are also able to view the Dynamics app even though they only have one role set and that is the one connected to the app intended for them.
Is this how it should be done or not as nothing shows me who has an App Pass allocated to them as when i check capacity i have only allocated 7 passes so unsure why 10 are still able to see the app and data.
I would appreciate you're advice and guidance on this.
