I would like to know when will the Geospatial Features In PowerApps come to General Availability (GA).

There is nothing published in the wave 2 roadmap about timeframe for general availability. “Preview” means that the feature is stable and supported, but it might be enhanced before the final release https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/working-with-experimental-preview. Once a feature gets to preview stage you can confidently use it
there isn’t a published timeframe for the final release—the best thing you can do to advance this feature is to use it and give Microsoft feedback about it.
