Hi, A user suddenly lost access to multiple Power Apps.
It is a normal thing that can occurs? I'm trying to understand how it happens.
Information that could be useful :
It was a not a wifi/cellular connection issue, we needed to give him back his access to the Power Apps, and now we have noticed that he also don't have access to some SharePoint that everyone in the company have access to. We are investigating this too, because he is still part of the company "member" group. It's a very strange situation...
this may sound like a stupid question, but when your user told you they lost access have you gone out to them and checked that they are on wifi or cellular signal and swiped down in the area apps should be to try and refresh them?Usually if a user of mine complains they have lost their app they just loaded the app without connection so non e of their accessible apps appeared and they never swiped down to refresh that screen after connecting so their app list appears empty.
