How do I change tha chatbot's name? I try edit the name but no 'Save' button available and it show the below error message
I experience same error in Japan, and can not change my Bot name. It seems the internal system error in Microsoft.
hi @adrianlee this error may be because of two reasons:1) May be your bot is not published2) If you're not seeing a "Save" button or are encountering an error message when you try to save the changes, it's possible that there's an issue with the platform or your account settings.

I experience same error now.
1) May be your bot is not published
→I published my bot, but there was no effect.
2) If you're not seeing a "Save" button or are encountering an error message when you try to save the changes, it's possible that there's an issue with the platform or your account settings.
→I could change my bot name until not so long ago. Since then, I do not change the platform or account settings.
Do you come up with other possible causes?

I have been getting exact error i see in your screenshot. That's probably the cause.In my own case, I want to delete the chatbot but no option or button to do so. I have successfully published several times, still issue persist.
