I have a Twitter account, in the developer portal "https://developer.x.com/en/portal/projects"
I have created a projectID and an ApplicationID on Twitter and generated the Consumer Key and the Consumer Secret,

I have also configured the permissions from Twitter in the "User authentication settings" section with the following options:
App permissions -> Read and write and Direct message
Type of App -> Web App, Automated App or Bot
App info -> "Callback URI / Redirect URL" and "Website URL" I assigned a fictitious URL: https://jajaja.com

When I try to establish the connection in Power Automate, I get the following error: "Create and authorize OAuth connection failed."

How can I solve this error?

    Hi Good day,

    I trust you are good,

    Kindly note:

The default shared application (Twitter Client application maintained by Microsoft) is no longer available. The connector now supports only one authentication type - Bring your own application. As of June 2023, it requires a paid Enterprise tier application. However, Twitter's pricing policy might continue to change.

To provide further guidance on the process if you have an Enterprise tier Application, Kindly use this link: X_API

Kindly feel free to like my response and mark as a solution if it aids to resolve your issue

    Regards,

    Joseph

    Hi,

As the previous post mentions, this is only available through a paid enterprise subscription at X.  However, I have been very successful using Power Automate Desktop to post, reply to comments, etc by simply going through the browser and works wonderfully.

So please consider using Power Automate Desktop as your RPA replacement for the API.  You can also call the desktop flow from a cloud flow and run unattended, on a schedule, and other options.
