AAD User Table Empty

My AAD User Table is empty. I can search through Users when I go to the Azure Active Directory admin center, but can't get the AAD User Table to show anything in my Power Platform environment. I imagine this has something to do with permissions, but don't know which permissions are required to access the AAD User virtual table in my environment, does anyone have an idea?

I have the same question (0)

    Are you using dataverse for teams or dataverse?

    @ekru222

    This is as per the Microsoft Article Microsoft Graph Permissions is required, But I do not recall the need to do anything related to Graph API Permissions

    Hi @ekru222,

    To clarify do you see no records within the AAD table or you can't see that table at all? When searching for it in the Maker portal, make sure you select All before:

    Also to help isolate the issue, make sure you have the System Administrator role assigned to ensure it's not a Dataverse security related issue.

    Hope this helps!

    I have navigated to the table but don't see any records see the below image. Also I have the Dataverse System Administrator role.

    I read that about Microsoft Graph permissions, that's my only guess at this point. Though, like you mentioned, I've encountered others online who seem to have had access without altering Microsoft Graph (which I don't know how to do but guess will have to learn).

    That’s strange. I used it in many different customers and tenants without having to touch Graph. Have you tried to submit a Microsoft Support ticket from aka.ms/ppac? They can probably provide more details from their telemetry. Keep us posted!

    @NHelgren , Any thoughts on this one?

    I have created the support ticket, I'll post here the resolution. Thanks for the idea.

    Does your account have read privileges on your org's AAD in Azure? Lack of permissions would prevent you from seeing the data.
