Black border appeared over night after open make.powerapps.com

Hi,

When I wanted to edit a Power App this morning, I noticed that there is a black frame around almost all elements (especially text elements and content in galleries). This is really on every screen and wasn't there before. It would take hours to remove it everywhere.

How can this happen? Nothing has been changed in the theme or the app....

(I have to hide some things on the screenshot attached, so just ignore the red boxes)

Thanks in advance for quick answers!

Best regards
Paul

    Hi Paul,

I'm afraid thta there is no Attachment linked to your post.

Could you try and add a Print screen again so that we could see what the problem is?

Could you also take a print screen of the properties of one controll just to see if this bug is a border corner or another visual bug.

I just added the screenshots of the properties and the screen itself.
Like mentioned, the bug is on every screen and on multiple elements such as texts and gallery items.

I also tried to restore a version from 2 weeks ago where the app appeared normally, but this did not solved our problem.

    Hey @paulschwab,

Thanks for the screenshots. So there we can see, that actually every element has gotten a Boarder.

I understand that changing it on every controll individually is quite a pain.
    Here are two suggestions:
     1. you can mark several Controlls add the same time by pressing ctrl and selecting the controll. This way you could select all controlls from one screen and chnage the boarder to 0 or the color to transparent.

    2. You could also try the copy code of the entire screen, paste it in another text document. There you can search for the property "Rand" or Border and addapt it. Then you can paste it back to the App.

If this helped you consider accepting this answer as a solution so that others can find the answer as well.

    Hey @DBO_DV,

I have also thought about this and have of course already started to change the control elements again.

However, the app consists of about 20 screens and 35+ catalogs.

I'm not so much concerned that it's complicated to change this, but that I'm wondering how something like this can simply occur without anyone having changed anything in the app.

I've also restored an older version of the app that definitely didn't have borders - without success!

    Regards
    Paul

    Hey paulschwab,
