Access current BPF Process in PCF

I have a requirement to access the current BPF ProcessId from within a PCF.
I know we can do it from the formContext but that isn't available in the PCF.
Using "parent." is not an option.
Ideally it wouldn't require additional JavaScript on the form.
Any thoughts?

    Each BPF runnning instance process are in a custom table that is created when a new BPF is created.

    Inside that you can get the current processId for the record. you will be able to get the stage too.

    From the model driven app form I need to which BPF is currently active for this record.
    Since a table can belong to multiple BPF Flows I need to know which of the BPF tables to query.
    In a perfect world I could use formContext.data.process.getActiveProcess(); from a PCF.
