After I deploy a solution from dev into qa environment (and eventually prod), how can I find the generated urls for http request triggered flows? I want to fully automate the deployment process, which would include updating the url in a profile in the third-party service that is posting to it. Managing the deployment with azure devops.

As the best of my knowledge, there is no APIs to call the MS flow.
