Hi There,

I am trying to build a custom meeting note taker agent that provides meeting minutes, action items and follow ups based on the meeting transcript without recording the meeting itself and deleting the transcription once the meeting minutes, action items and follow up emails / calendar invite drafts are generated.

Wondering if anybody has already solved for it before or how to go about it?

I am very excited about Copilot and just joined this thread! I was hoping to find more suggestions about templates for agents that have really helped people use Copilot in a way that truly enhances their daily work and productivity! Perhaps just ideas on an agent that could benefit any person in their work life!

I am in manufacturing but I am also responsible for the financials and cost accounting aspects of the business. I struggle with the usual email overload, how to best manage my tasks and get the most done. I am trying to keep it simple as technology can overwhelm and hurt efficiency as much as it can help it in my experience. The most useful tools I have encountered for enhancing understanding and communicating findings within a company is using excel and creating 1 page graphs and pictures that display a problem or solution. Combining summarized data, graphs, and pictures of the actual data or system in question in a way that allows someone to look at the screen and understand in 1 look. This is not easy to do and this method was taught to me by the Japanese management of my parent company. They are the best at this in my opinion.

Can we get AI to really help us solve daily struggles and not add complexity. At the moment, it's value add is limited on a helping me at my daily task level. I know it has revolutionized coding and data mining etc.

Would love to hear about real examples of an agent someone built that they use daily or other coworkers now use daily and it has become essential to the flow of business at your company! I haven't heard many if any of these stories yet though I know the potential is there. So please share if you have something real for me! Thank you!

Hello! I am the Power Platform admin for my org. I have been working all aspects of the Power Platform from their start. I think Copilot agents and templates are great. I am interested in creating additional templates and other reusable components, sharing knowledge and experiences with others and mentoring new makers.
