Hi team,

I am trying to build an agent that provisions Azure resources like Function App, App service, Storage Account and so on that follows all S360 rules and save time to fix S360 items. I was trying to use the tool -
Create or update a template deployment and facing the below error.

Could you please let me know details around what is the template URI and parameters URI to pass? Currently I am using the template spec Id and there is no clear documentation on how to use it.
