I have a Teams embedded canvas app I've built for members of my team to review video footage and flag specific times in the video for comments. Currently the canvas app is connected to a sharepoint document library that contains all of the .mp4 files. In my canvas app I have all of those files displayed in a gallery object, when one is selected, it sets the Media field in the video viewer to "GalleryX.Selected.'Link to item'". For some members of the team when they load the application and get to the video portion nothing populates in the video object, whereas myself and other users have no issues. What could be causing this? I've checked all permissions, debugged the application countless times, tested on multiple machines, and still cannot figure out why this issues is occuring...
