Hello @Ali_sam , you can pass all the datacard control values you want to get into a variable, then put on the onselect property of the button. for example:

If my form contains Market, market Unit, & Market Unit (ASIAM)

all of these are Dropdown. so what i would do is... on the Onselect property of the ADD button, i will put.

    UpdateContext({getValue: MarketDropdownSelected.value & ";" & " " & MarketUnitDropdown.Selected.Value&";" & " " & MarketUnit(ASIAM)Dropdown.selected.Value})

On the Onselect property of the cancel, Put UpdateContext({getValue:Blank()})

Then Put getValue in a default property of your textInput control.

I attached a Gif file for example.

Mark as a solution if this helps.
