Hi all,

Since yesterday I have been having the following error message in my app.

Conflicts exist with changes on the server, please reload. Server Response: Case failed: ETAG mismatch. clientRequestId: 2fd27be1-2027-4fdb-b62a-7012b0064c5c serviceRequestId: 2fd27be1-2027-4fdb-b62a-7012b0064c5c

No changes were made to the app and it was working fine up to yesterday before this error started coming up when clicking on the save button.

I was wondering if this is an issue with powerapps or sharepoint?

    Refresh your Table before saving.

    Refresh(YourDatasource); SubmitForm (FormName)

    If it doesn't work you can remove your table connection and reconnect again.

    Hi, refreshing the datasource didn't work for me. However, I worked out that it was because I was patching the same record from two different buttons, but was only setting this record earlier in the process.

    So, prior to patching I added a Set to make sure the record was up to date

    // Avoid ETAG mismatch
    Set(myrecord, LookUp(SharePointList, myrecord.ID = ID));

    Patch(
     SharePointList,
     myrecord,
     {Column: ValueToPatch)}
    );

    Cheers, Johnny
